The Fredericksburg Area Builders Association (FABA) and the Fredericksburg Builders Guide recognized 11 Fredericksburg builders, 21 new construction and remodeled homes, at The Fredericksburg Country Club on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023.
Building industry professionals from around the state of Virginia volunteer to evaluate each of the homes in a judging category. Categories are based on the price of the homes as they are viewed online. Using a cumulative score process, these impartial judges select the 2023 Best of FXBG Builder Guide winners.
These are the best of the best in the Fredericksburg area. There is no better place to find a builder or remodeler for your home.
The Pinnacle Builder Award is the most prestigious award presented at the Fredericksburg Builder Guide Celebration. Builders submit a list of subcontractors and material suppliers employed during construction of their entry home. The builder that partners with the most association members is named the Pinnacle Builder.
FABA applauds Halsey Homes’ high level of commitment to the builder’s association and its members. “Since the inception of this award, the Pinnacle Builder Award has been grown to exemplify the meaning of being a member of the builders’ association. Halsey Homes has always supported FABA’s mission to promote ‘doing business with another member,’” said Maria Moore, FABA Executive Vice President.
